Where are the boarding points situated?

What should I bring with me for boarding?

Friends, skiing equipment, lunch, and very important, a valid photo ID and your printed confirmations. That last one will be stamped while jumping in the bus. It will allow you both to get your ski pass and take advantage of our partners special offers.

Once on board, how do I get my ski pass?

Meet at the resort’s ticket office and ask to change your NS-MTL coupon for a valid access pass. Nothing but easy!

Can I buy a bus ticket at boarding point?

If there are still a few places left, no problem. But prices will be a bit up compare to internet prices and we only accept cash.

I’ve bought a round-trip ticket but I won't be able to get in the bus… Can I get a refound ?

Unfortunetley no, our sales are final. But you can just give the place to a friend. Make sure to send us an email ([email protected]) with transaction number, name and surname of both the missing person and replacement one. That one will have to bring the original ticket, a valid photo ID, we will check if everything is fine before boarding.

My journey has been cancelled, what do I have to do?

Nothing special. In exceptional circumstances (not enough snow or snow storm, trouble with a bus, meteor fall…) we can cancel a shuttle, even in last minute. In that case our team will contact you and you’ll be compensated.

I forgot something in the bus, is there any chance to take it back?

We can’t be 100% sure about it, you are responsible for your stuffs. But, as we are kind people, send us a message or call us, you never know…
